Blu Cigs cartridges are only equivalent to 21 cigarettes, and they create slightly less vapor, though not too much less. Both cartridges come with an integrated atomizer. I found them both to be impressive in this category. The weaker 21-cig cartridge didn’t concern me simply because they’re cheaper (See Prices).

Prices

Every electronic cigarette starter kit, battery, charger, and additional accessory for Green Smoke costs a fortune, whereas every piece from Blu Cigs doesn’t cost that much at all. In particular, Green cartridges retail for $2.80 a piece, while Blu cartridges retail for $1.92. Keep in mind the latter don’t last as long.
